Delivery is not charged only in Croatia!
Return, exchange and complaint of goods
In case of return of goods, the buyer is obliged to send a justified complaint to KRONLAB d.o.o. by e-mail, telephone or in writing.
The customer has the right to return the goods in the following cases:
• delivery of goods that were not ordered
• delivery of goods that have a fault or damage that did not occur during transport
• when exchanging or returning an item, the buyer bears the shipping costs
When receiving the goods, it is up to the customer to check the correctness of the order. Please compare the received items with the invoice, if something is missing, immediately notify your delivery person, as we do not accept subsequent complaints.
Shipment of goods
The ordered goods will be stacked in such a way that they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport. When taking over the ordered goods, the customer is obliged to check for possible damages and immediately report them to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, and to refuse to take over the delivered goods with visible external damages.
Checking the correctness of the order depends on the customer, and subsequent complaints are not accepted.
