The procedure and conditions of purchase/sale of goods through KRONLAB d.o.o. Online stores are defined through the following parameters: order, shipment, payment, delivery, return/complaint of goods.

The supplier of the ordered goods is the sales points of KRONLAB d.o.o. at Nova Cesta 83, 10110 Zagreb, Croatia.
KRONLAB d.o.o. via the Internet store enables the purchase of the entire range of goods in its offer. Any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the requested information and sends it to KRONLAB d.o.o. is considered a customer.
All prices are expressed in Croatian national currency, Croatian kuna (KN), including VAT.

Ordering goods

The goods are ordered electronically. By pressing the Add button, the selected product is saved in the shopping cart. The goods are considered ordered when the customer goes through the entire order process. You will receive a confirmation that the order has been received by KRONLAB d.o.o. on the email you used to register as a customer.

KRONLAB d.o.o. undertakes to deliver all ordered products that are in stock at the time of delivery. If KRONLAB d.o.o. is not able to deliver any of the ordered products, it will contact the buyer of the goods by phone or e-mail regarding the replacement product or the cancellation of the ordered product. All other ordered products will be delivered.

Changes

KRONLAB d.o.o. reserves the right to change these conditions and rules, and undertakes to inform all registered users via the e-mail addresses they entered during registration. All changes will be applied to the use of www.kronlab.hr pages. If you do not agree with the stated rules of use and do not want to accept them, please contact our Contact Center with your remarks and do not use the services of the Internet store during this time.
