People suffering from androgenic alopecia or male pattern hair loss
In men, it usually appears on the front edge of the hair, and in women as thinning in the middle, on the crown of the head. In most people, this shape reflects the characteristic distribution of androgen-sensitive hair follicles (male sex hormones). In people who are prone to androgenic alopecia, androgenic hormones can shorten growth (anagen phase) and reduce the number of follicles, which leads to hair thinning, starting from puberty. The male hormone testosterone plays an important role. In the hair follicle cell, testosterone is converted by the enzyme 5-alpha-reductase into its more biologically active form, dihydrosterone (DHT). This hormone binds to androgen receptors in the hair follicle and stimulates cellular processes that shorten the hair growth cycle.

In people who experience temporary hair loss
Temporary hair loss can, for example, be triggered by prolonged stress, poor nutrition, hormonal changes associated with pregnancy, and weakened immune system function. Permanent hair loss is usually the result of a gradual decrease in the number of active hair follicles due to permanent weakening of hair follicle activity or various skin diseases.

In case of temporary hair loss, the condition can be returned to normal by discovering and removing the cause. Hair growth can be stimulated with proper care, while medical treatment is only necessary in rare cases. In most cases of permanent hair loss, this process can be difficult or even impossible to stop, requiring medical treatment as well as appropriate proper care.

We can see the progression of androgenic alopecia in men according to the picture that describes the different stages of baldness in the order of the development of deterioration - fig. 1 to 7

For people who have problems with dandruff
Dandruff is caused by various external (lifestyle, diet, environmental influences) and internal factors (immunological and neurological disorders, hormonal factors). Dandruff is a very widespread problem, as much as 50% of the population has dandruff at some point in their lives. It is more common in men than in women. It usually appears for the first time at the beginning of puberty, mostly reaches its peak in the early twenties and often disappears after the age of 50. Children and the elderly have it less often. Dandruff appears to be seasonal: it is strongest during the winter and mildest during the summer.
Dandruff most often occurs when the conditions on the scalp are appropriate, and the person is prone to this problem. Due to various factors, for example, hormonal or digestive disorders and stress, there may be a change in the amount and composition of sebum as well as the pH value of the skin on the scalp. This created favorable conditions for the creation of excessive reproduction of fungi. Fungi break down fats in sebum, thus free fatty acids are created that cause scalp irritation. The result is rapidly dividing cells and increased formation of surface cells, in the form of excessive peeling of the skin and unpleasant scales on the shoulders.
